You have to see this to believe it. An autistic artist with a camera-like visual memory, three straight days of drawing … a perfect rendition of Rome … amazing.
Wow! Amazing …

That’s insane!….his brain captures the view like a camera, and from that kind of height too! Even a photo would sometimes be blurry or out of focus….Crazy!!
Wow! That’s truly astonishing!
Awesome drawings!!
I have worked with autistic children in the past and there were a few theories I took away from the experience. I am convinced that though, to the outside world, they appear to be a jumbled mess internally, autistics are quite brilliant. The communication issues that autistics have, in my mind, are because there simple is no more “room” for it. The things in our brain that control speech have been allocated to other areas. I have played with children like this, that remember unbelievable amounts of detail even months later. Communication is through their hands, not their vocal cords. They say that we, as humans, only use about 10% of our brain’s potential. I think autists use so much of it that it overloads their system. We all have a lot to learn…
Absolutely incredible, I never cease to be amazed. Thank you for sharing this. 🙂
Cool drawings!
