Phoenix, AZ USA - [Results]
Did a half-crawl today but, as always, am foolishly optimistic that I might squeeze another sketch or two in tonight - off to an auction. We crawled the canal in Scottsdale today in 101 degrees F. There was no shortage of fountains and life-sided horse sculptures for us to study. So good to see you all again! Aurora - missed you. Hope you are feeling better and got to sketch some around home! Here is my meager contribution.

As usual my 7 year old son was the most prolific today...
All day he just kept reminding me "this is SO much fun!..."

Thanks Tetsu!!
Here are a few pix form this morning. It is a beautiful area, not shown are the 1000s of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Here's mine:
I did the original drawing on site in ball-point pen and then painted over it at home...
I also did a bunch of horse gestures. Here are a few...
And here are John's drawings:
Thanks for all those photos Craig, it was a good crawl!

Hi guys - great catching up with you again - sorry I got lost at the half way mark but I think we were in the same general area
I've been away from the skecth pencil for waaayy too long but here's my humble attempts at getting back into it -
I just loved the feeling of incredble motion in the pony express statues - wonder who the artist was ?

Playing around and added some ink lines to a couple of the initial doodles to provide some definition - always interested in feedback
PS - Craig, Annie, John- meant to say that once again I really enjoy looking at your art
