Wow, these are cool. I sat at a Saturday Market and tried to capture people as they stopped at a booth, or watch some musicians. I found that no one held still long enough for me for me to get very far. I am new to figure drawing however. Were your people stationary?
Thanks for sharing,

still2kewl-actually luv that screen name--anyway, really like the landscape, especially the trees
ushio18--pen and ink and wash is my favorite medium to look at and your linework is absolutely wonderful.

Re: Vancouver CANADA [RESULTS]
thanks Paintmonster, Bibi, Donnam.
Cvochristi: It was definitely hard to capture people because they weren't still. I think i only started to draw them when we were sitting at the publicmarket foodcourt. the saturday market would be a great place to sketch.. but i wonder if the lighting would be too dim... would be cool to do some quick nighttime studies there...

Thank you for everybody to come:) I am very glad to meet some many artists. I can't wait for the 21th Sketchcrawl.
I am thinking about burnaby.
Burnaby Village Museum & Carousel
Step back in time and rediscover our urban heritage at an authentic turn of the century town and rekindle romance on the restored vintage 1912 carousel. ....
1912 carousal sounds fun to me:P
I'll look into some other fun places and give you more info later.

Re: Vancouver CANADA [RESULTS]
Hi guys, I'm a little late posting the pictures I did during the 20th Sketchcrawl in Vancouver
I arrived too soon, and so I did this dog that was waiting outside the market for starting. As At that time I was all by my self, I just hoped nobody started to tip me

When finally everybody got there, I found a good spot listening this amazing guitarist that was singing Sew Jorge songs. A really melodic voice from my next subject

After that I was too cold and I got home, but I enjoyed really much the day and I'm happy to have know so many good artist that enjoy this kind of things

Hi everyone,
Greats sketches and paintings from the Vancouver group. I only had a little time, so I did a solo crawl in Steveston. Maybe I can join you next time.
First time trying to post, so I hope this works.
