Thanks for sketching, Sketchers!
12 Artists checked in with me so far for WWSC number 70 in the area of Tallahassee FLorida
Most went to Dorothy Oven Park and enjoyed the warmest, sunniest day in January!
Dede even reported having to take coats and layers off! Thanks for encouraging the group with your Vermontian Positivity!
And Special Thanks to Robert Lide for your consistent and Artistic photographieren of our WWSC activities!
You can post here.
I'll get the page started with a few unedited, unannotated images. Please add images, change your name & info as you like: (I only used first names as was requested by some.)

Hi Mark and Tallahasseean Sketchers!
Wonderful drawings of animals and plants, so accurate and full of life!
I will look in again in a few hours for a more detailed comment.

Very impressive and beautiful sketches from all of you
Especially the 3D illusion of Rudi
You captured the animals in motion very well!
So we can imagine otters running, wallowing and playing
Nice parrots too!
And thank you for your homage to Albrecht Dürer - well done!
Bye

Re: Tallahassee FLorida, USA [RESULTS]
Dear Rands and Val,
It was the first time I was approached by otters on land!
Very exciting!
But iguanas and alligators are rather common here.
The flock of Green Parrots has increased, maybe for migration. They are SOO loud.
I had studied Alrecht Durer's sketch of his wife a few days before I drew the leaf on Sketchcrawl Day.
So I guess that was my Inspiration to draw the leaf that way.

Re: Tallahassee FLorida, USA [RESULTS]
It's always a pleasure to see the sketches from Tallahassee!
Those otters seem to be curious and very busy animals. In one of your sketches they are investigating each piece of garbage.
"Regular-Sized Rudy" is very impressive and the drawing extremely realistic.
I am fascinated by your Fern Studies, beautiful drawings of twisted leaves are looking very naturally just as the delicate structures of bones from tortoises and birds.
The similarity of Fern Pinnule with some detail in Albrecht Durer's Portrait of Agnes is amazing.
And it is interesting to see the different drawings of the tower in Dorothy Oven Park, each participant has its own style, I like it.

Vielen Dank für deine nachdenklichen Kommentare, M9fred.
We looked at Wien sketchcrawl in my art classes.
As for the similarities betwee my Fern Leaf and Agnes Durer's sleeve/hair...it was unintentional.
Funny how some thing are absorbed by the mind and re-surface unexpectedly later!

Always great to see the work from your group, Mark!
Also, what a good idea to do a study of Durer, and others and apply the technique. I am going to try that. A nice approach and inspiring!

I've just scrolled through your updated results. It's a delight to see the skilled works from all of you!
Those shoes with painted windmills by Cathy look like wooden shoes (or sabots). Are they used for walking or just a souvenir from Holland?
