Today we spent all the day in Parc de la Villette http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parc_de_la_Villette: the biggest park in Paris, built in the 80's where the slaughterhouses of Paris stayed from XIX century until 1974. The main building is still there: the Grande Halle, used in the past as a national wholesale meat market

Parc de la Villette hosts also the biggest science museum in Europe: la Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie. You'll see its famous Géode in the next sketches. I chose to sketch the Argonaute submarine (I used the same technique as Christian Tribastone from Urban Sketchers Washington DC http://urbansketchers-dc.blogspot.com/2 ... lbert.html thanks for the idea!

I've just realized now that I signed all my sketches with "33th" instead of "33rd"
