Ok, I'm in. I may not be able to do an entire day of sketching but will draw whenever possible
I had a great time sketching!
This last one was done by my friend who is 7 years old. An early sketchcrawler.

It was a crazy-beautiful day here in St. Petersburg, Fla. So nice my wife and I rode our bikes 8miles to downtown for the St. Pete International Folk Festival (SPIFFs).
This ... would come back to bite us in the ass.
I recently bought a Fabriano Artist's Journal and today seemed like a grand day to break it in:
Some of the first sketches, at SPIFFs.
Fiji Islands and Peru and a random woman in a dress.
Wandered around for a little bit, and so many of the countries items were SO intricate I didn't think I'd have time to draw them. So, off to China:
Then off to see some of the typically awesome Native American set-ups. One year they had a wolf on display. This year a life-sized Teepee
Then we sat under a tree (my first bit of shade on this sunny, cloudless day) as she ate DimSum from the Taiwan booth. This was the view, minus a few ugly speedboats.
Great day ... unfortunately ... I wasn't wearing Sunblock! (note the redness or the locations are not an exaggeration. )
