Re: Albany, NY +RESULTS
If I had (local) friends who draw? Yeah, I'm sure that would be a lot of fun.

Re: Albany, NY
Weather is looking good for tomorrow. I think I'll start in Washington Park, at the stage, around 1pm.

Going to wander around the Albany area. Will wait until I know what the weather's going to be like before I make any plans. Let me know if you're interested.

I use a water brush when I'm on the move. I like that it consolidates everything and there are no spills. I use a real brush, with a container of water, and a paper towel, when I'm at home. The major difference between the two, in my opinion, is water control. With a real brush you can be more preci...

No idea where I'll go. Open to suggestions. Given the weather lately, probably not outdoors- at least not all day. Hopefully I remember to bring my water brush pen this time.

I use Pigma Microns (005) religiously. And in moleskine watercolor books, too. The best brush pen I've found is the Faber-Castell PITT brush pen. I don't like a lot of other brush pens because, as you say, they're just a sponge that doesn't keep it's shape. I really like the Faber-Castell PITT brush...

Albany - New York - USA
Going to try to keep it simple this time. Thinking Wolf Road. Will start at Starbucks around 11am. Cross the street and make my way through Colonie Center, which is indoors and has lots of new places to sit down. Probably stop at Ruby Tuesday for lunch. Stop in Barnes & Noble for a while. Then g...
