Re: SAN FRANCISCO, CA USA [RESULTS]
Wow! What a great day. It was so much fun to explore the vibrant Mission District and meet up with some old sketch buddies and make some new ones (Hi Gustavo! ). This was the first time I made it to the end of a sketchcrawl and got to see everyone else's sketches too.
Here are a few of my sketches from the day:
View from 18th & Dolores:
Sketching sketchers while waiting for the crawl to begin:
Since I was sketching with Pete Scully http://www.petescully.com we of course had to draw at least one fireplug:
The sad, dilapidated old "New Mission Theatre":

Great day, long day! Here are my sketches:
Meeting up at the end in Dolores Park was fun, nice to see people I've met on previous sketchcrawls, and others I'd not met before, all with great sketchbooks. I kept going after that though...
and I sketched my reflection in the window on the way home. So tired! But I just kept sketching stuff...

Re: SAN FRANCISCO, CA USA [RESULTS]
Good to see a large crowd gathered drawing.... at one point someone came by and said "you got skillz" I'm sure he was speaking of the collective group drawing near the Delores Cafe.
He was right.
I only have time to post one drawing now, but i started a new book and filled half of it with sketches. I was lucky to get several sponsors with asking only a day before the crawl and a few are still donating directly to the site or to me, so I will make my contribution shortly! It's very humbling to have people introduce themselves with a donation, a hearty thank you for the effort/cause and with a compliment.
A few of us drew for a good stretch, at least a solid 10-14 hours. Met a few characters along the way that spend their days in the Mission, or so it seems... I'll post more drawings as time permits.
Here's a snap from my sketch of Enrico drawing. I drew him a few times during this sketch crawl. I was just using a simple #2 here.

Another fine Sketchcrawl, and good weather in the Mission. I usually draw in a moleskine, but this time I wanted to be able to remove my drawings to offer them to my sponsors for their donations. Here are my sketches:
Some of the sketchers outside of the cafe in the morning:
Pete and Toni:
Double raison:
Mission High:
Characters around 16th and Mission, including the woman eating redvines at the Bart station:
Along Dolores:
Dolores Park. There were so many people enjoying the sun, it looked like a music festival without the music.
More sketchers and a gentleman waiting for his train:
Bart riders on my way home:
Good to see so many familiar faces and more Academy students.
Looking forward to the next one.

Re: SAN FRANCISCO, CA USA [RESULTS]
I had a great time at the SketchCrawl, starting out with the train ride down from Davis with Pete Scully, and it was a perfect day for it Here are several of my sketches. The first is Sutro Tower, which there was an excellent view of from Dolores Park.
Across the street from Dolores Park is Mission High School.
A couple blocks to the west is the store ImageKnit, famous to many a Bay Area knitter. I had to sketch the sign.
