London (UK)

Post by Neil-W »

Hi , So its April 16th !
Thought i'd start the London thread early , to give people enough time .
Chatting with Tom and Rebecca on the last crawl thought Regent's Canal would be good . Rebecca has a boat moored along there.
Its quite a long stretch so maybe narrow it down. Camden Lock is a busy hub that's right in the middle of Camden Market.
So yes its early days i'll leave it open for any other suggestions and pop back nearer the date.
The crawl is open to absolutely everyone of course , so if you've never been it's a great time to join in.
See you soon

Hi all,

The Regents canal would be a great place to draw on Sat. Have had a think and reckon the best spot is Camden Lock as there are cafes nearby, plenty to sketch and it's easy to get there from various directions. What sort of time would suit?

Great ! Is 11.OO or thereabouts ok ? all depending on transport of course thats the time i'll aim for.
Maybe meet by the lock (the metal railings) either side of the lock itself close to the bridge so people can spot us.
See you there .
