my first stop was Shot in the Dark Cafe. No one showed up, so I was off to sketch alone...
...on to the parade route to find a shady spot to sit. I sketched these folks watching the ST. Patrick's day parade...not able to capture the actual parade...
...another shady spot to sketch this interesting sculpture by the Tucson Convention Center
...then a quiet spot by the county courthouse...
...at Old Town Artisans...
and then to Ojito Springs to sketch this church...

Alanna's Drawings
Very nice Alanna. I especially like the sculpture. The next crawl is May 19th? Is this the fundraiser or was the last one the fundraiser? I may have another person interested. I'll keep you posted. So far, I intend on doing the next crawl.
Keep on sketching,
Helen

May 19th SketchCrawl
I'd like to suggest several places - Tucson Botanical Gardens, La Encantada (sp?), St. Phillips Plaza or Palamino Plaza. There is shade at all these places so it might be nice in May. If someone needs a ride, I can help out.

May 19 th Crawl
Alanna, I reread the info. on the March crawl. I understand that that was the fundraiser. The May crawl is not. Helen
Great, Helen, you want to start a new crawl - the fundraiser-one (in May). How about starting a new post here, ...
