This message is for the many new interested artists I have met this year, and a reminder for our veteran artists re:
DATE of 57th worldwide Sketchcrawl is Sat Oct 28 in Quincy, FL.
Gadsden Art Museum is sponsoring us ("comfort station" (clean restrooms/informal meeting at lunchtime [BYO] 2nd floor classroom). This year, it's "porchfest"' so 20 historic homes will have live music around town.
It's a completely informal day of fun sketching. Artists of every skill level from around the world post their images drawn on the same calendar day on our webpage: http://www.sketchcrawl.com/forum (but not required.)
Just come when you can. Some sketchers stay all day sketching many quick drawings, others stay in one spot for a long time. Still others just come for a half hour or an hour.
Our "group" doesn't necessarily go around together, due to preferences in various subjects and taste in music. We usually end up in 2s and 3s here and there, except for lunch gathering (also not required).
Sketchcrawl is always free everywhere.
