Yesterday's early sketchcrawl failed when the 2 architects I had arranged to meet for coffee & sketching didn't bring their sketchbooks. Consequently, this morning saw me sketching alone. I have only done 2 sketches so far (it's now 5pm) and the full story behind the why is on my blog. Anyway, these are my results and photos.
Near my flat
At the mall.
I look forward to seeing everyone else's results and hope you had a fun day sketching.

Hi Sue,
Glad you persevered, and got a couple of sketches in. One of our members was on night shift and was disappointed not to come.
Your excavator CAT certainly looks like it is doing its job. Well done
Let's see some more of Doha some time, to understand it better, also give your architect mates a page or two and lend them a pen.

Nice job. I really like the escalator and the balloons. Sorry about you being the only one. I am the only one in my city of 3 million, but its cool, I enjoy the alone time. I guess it would be nice to see some other peoples work in person and maybe some inspiration will come.
