America perhaps, isn't America the capital of Belgium? I thought I read this somewhere.

How about two fiddy? Or Hasselt?

and I quote
<--
*Hasselt

Hasselt is the most sociable city of Belgium and also called the City of the Taste. The reason can be found in the sweets and drinks which are from this city. Hasseltse speculaas, Hasseltse coffee, gin are delicious beverages from Hasselt which are associated with some statues, for example "the Borrelmanneke and the Speculaasmanneke" which represent the taste of sweets and beverages in Hasselt.

An interesting statue is the one of Hendrick and Katrien which is located near the town square. The two most important buildings are "the St Quentin's Cathedral (built in a Gothic style) and the Virga Jessica Basilica.

So has anyone decided where we should go yet? For me it's all good, but I would like to know where to go a little bit in advance so I can arrange things with the misses and the little one(s). It ain't easy, being a sketchcrawler and a fatherfigure for me boy at the same time  I guess maybe Darth Vader was a sketchcrawler as well because he was a shitty parent.

Hi, I'm a new. And I'm a student from Japan. I just arrived in Belgium two weeks ago. I want to sketch nice cities, buldings and many things in Belgium during my stay. So can I join in the SketchCrawl on 16th?

NO YOU CAN NOT! Oh wait, yes you can! You are more than welcome to join us. Now the only thing left to do is decide on where to go. Antwerp, like Mr. Willborough suggested? Or Mr Chipper's Aalst? My choice between these two would be Antwerp this time. How about y'all?

I would like to go to Aalst Just because I'm planning to visit Antwerpen tomorrow. So it is OK in Antwerpen if majority choose it.

I'd say Aalst then, a new city to do sketchcrawl is a welcome change!
Chipper, better start preparing a good Sketch Crawl program, as you seem to know what Aalst has to offer!

so...
Saturday October 16, 11 am, in front of Aalst Central Station

See you there!
