Brisbane, Australia [RESULTS]

Post by tanaudel »

I ended up going this one alone - but it is surprising how many people I met and chatted to! I even met a singer (Sarah Haigh - great music) who signed the portrait sketch I made of her and gave me a CD!

These are fantastic! I've always loved the documentary style of sketching - lots of little sketches of a variety of subjects smartly annotated - and you've used both to really capture the day! And by the sounds of it t'was quite a memorable one! The colours are extraordinary - they really bring it all to life.

Great sketches, and you managed to get a lot done and quite a variety of subjects. Looks like you had a super sketchcrawl, even if you were alone.

I love your sketches, full of different characters and so vividly coloured. And I loved the story of your not so "solo" sketchcrawl.

What a fantastic sketchcrawl you had. - As an ex brisbane girl I can recognise so many of the places you have sketched . I also like all of the small details that you have included along some of the larger drawings.
