Well, it was a hot day in Tel Aviv- We met at the marina, and the Sharav (desert wind) had hit earlier in the week and was making things kinda clammy, salty and sticky by the sea, and made for some strange coloured sky- not your usual blue, more a steel grey tinged with ochre. You know the one.

There were 10 of us, we hung out by the coffee joint, then dispersed into the crowds. Tel Aviv marina on a saturday is a place of families on
rollerblades, entertainers and a street market- almost too much to draw.

Personally, it took me forever to get loose, and I abandoned my brush pens for a more brutal pencil to get into it. Got there in the end!

We met back again, swapped books, went for coffee and cake.

nice!

-- vivid sketches you three have!! And so many enjoying people around, too!!!

Agree, it sometimes is so hard to get loose - this time I talk a walk over the huge fairground next to the place I sketched this time, JP, to get loose ;-)

Thanks for sharing!
