Please scroll down to see late images added today:

For World Wide Sketchcrawl number 63. we started at Dorothy Oven Park, going for a late lunch and then more sketching at "Au Peche Mignon" where Junia Mason-Edmunds' Paintings were on display.

A very relaxing day with excellent weather, blooming flowers and sketch ops.

At "Au Peche Mignon" we had many interesting people to draw. Dede and John made "Master Drawing" copies of Junia Mason-Edmunds' beautiful paintings.

11 people checked in with me:

Regulars: Tom, Joyce, Jeff, Mary Liz, Chip, Dottie, John, Lorraine, Dede, Robert, Sara and Mark. Joyce and Jeff's daughter Hope also came.

Special thanks to those Tallahasseeans who said they will edit and load their own images this time.

I'll post a couple extra of my sketches just to get this page going...

Extra Special thanks to Lorraine Clark who joined us today!

Wow...you loved to capture the beautiful flowers and to spread sweet fragrance of them this time!
I could enjoy the bloom by your detailed drawings and nice landscape drawing of Lorraine Clark too. Thank you and I'll see more of yours later.    :D

Unbelievable! Perfectly lifelike drawings of plants and blossoms,
you illustrate the different characteristics of these flowers in a very appealing style.
Great landscapes too, showing spatial depth and many details.
 Beautiful landscapes with appealing colors from Dottie, Lorraine and Tom.
I'm curious to see more from Tallahasseean sketchers.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi BH and M9fred!
Thank you for checking our page again.

Robert and I spent so long watching and following that snake, but it didn't stay still or hid in the shade. Robert was so patient to get a photo of it in the sun, so I posted it more than once.

We rarely see this "Water moccasin" (also called "Cottonmouth") species. It is venomous, but shy. This was a juvenile snake only about a half meter long.

Thank you both for your comments!

Mark
PS:I'm glad you have more time for sketching now, M9fred. You posted images so quickly.

Fun sketches, lively and engaging, and nice to see the group photo.
Oh my, that snake is scary to have around!

Thanks kjulin!

Always a pleasure to see your art!

PS
Chip colored & finalized his sketch that was previously submitted.
I'll post it here and near the unfinished (black & white) sketch above:
