Today I met up with John and we went by bus to Steinhof for some quick sketches in the afternoon.
The church "Kirche am Steinhof", or "Church of St. Leopold" is a fantastic piece of architecture and an important Art Nouveau church designed by Otto Wagner.

Wir erinnern mich an dieser Otto-Wagner-Architektur von einer deiner großen Wiener Rundfahrten! Sara war fasziniert von einer Hochzeitsfeier in da Ort - was für eine Fußballhochzeit...oder? Ich mochte die alten Wasserpumpen un natürlich die engel.

Wow. Ruhestand muss gut für dich sein! Das ist ein schnelles Posting.
Ich habe nur Bilder von einem anderen Künstler in unserer Gruppe ... obwohl ich ungefähr 12 Leute hatte, die ich heute kenne

Hi John and Manfred,

Robert and I spent so much time watching and following that snake, but it didn't stay still and mostly was hiding in the shade. Robert was so patient to get a photo of it in the sun, so I posted it more than once.

We rarely see this "Water moccasin" (also called "Cottonmouth") species. It is venomous, but shy. This was a juvenile snake only about a half meter long.

Thank you both for your sketches! Inspires me to try color next time! That combination of green, yellow and sky blue is great!
