A bit late in posting, but sketching was done. Still working to get a group together for sketching; there are interested people, but they all get busy during this time. It took me a bit longer to post these - I kept getting caught up in "life" happenings, and now have a moment to finish, before the next SketchCrawl in April.

I was traveling in Mexico during this sketchcrawl, so here are the sketches that I am posting from being "en route" during the 2018 January SketchCrawl.
Ciao,

I had the opportunity to go to a small coffee farm in Tanetze outside Oaxaca and pick coffee beans, and be immersed in farm life of the Zapotec culture there.

Fresh oranges were abundant during this time.

Finally got these posted. Sorry for the late [RESULTS].
It was amazing to sketch in the mountains, but took a little bit after returning from travel to post the SketchCrawl results.

How exciting!

When I first glanced at your post, I wondered how banana trees grow in Wisconsin, when they do not even bear fruit in North Florida!

An exciting trip, and sketching is the best way to instill memories. :)

Beautiful artwork!
