Joburg Sketchers went to Fordsburg, an historic and bustling suburb of Johannesburg for the SketchCrawl - after an hour or so some torrential downpours started. Very fortunately we had got permission from a local artist, Hermann Niebuhr to come and draw from the balcony of his studios so stayed relatively dry!

I have never been to your country, but I love your strong colours!
And the balcony seem to have been a good spot to paint from
