WWSC Tokyo. so good to see all the sketchers. And just so lovely to connect all people who loves sketches no matter where we are.
Thanks for organizing this Kumi!

Kunio Maekawa's home in 1942. Just so lovey old home also modern. I am sure my Kiwi architect friends love this home.

sitting on the Engawa (small balcony at traditional Japanese house), same place as last time I was there, but looking at the other side. Looking through the living area of the house with open air fire place which is called Irori.

Glad to see you had such a nice time! Looks like a great place to sketch, I'd love to go there someday. Kumi, hats off to the number of sketches! Either you had a long train ride home, or you were inspired
Testu, great job on the locomotive! We had a 10-wheeler parked on the bank of the Seine here in Paris this summer (some sketches here), so I know how much patience this can take to draw, bravo !
Really nice darks in Keith's sketch, great ambiance
And nice view in Makitanaka's sketches, especially the one from the engawa with the garden on the other side, makes me homesick!
Thanks for sharing
