User groups for each country / main location

Your platform seems to provide for the existence of user groups - but none exist.
Why not generate some for all the main locations where sketchcrawls take place so that people can be e-mailed with details when planning on a new one gets going. Presumably it's possible to set this up as an opt-in or opt out facility?
