We met in the garden in Vittorio square (piazza Vittorio Emanuele, or briefly piazza Vittorio), and then moved to the House of Architecture, in the beautiful building built in 1887 to house the Roman Aquarius. I guess this building is unknown to most Romans, including myself a few days ago)
A typical roman condo at the end of XIX century, seen fron the garden of Roman Aquarius
The 'Alchemy Door', a 1680 door, remnant of a palace in roman countryside

Wonderful sketches of Rome. There is definitely a feeling for the light and shadow in these.
