We Tokyo team went to Kawagoe aka Koedo, Saitama prefecture this time.( One of the most well preserved old towns in Japan.) We enjoyed good weather today, so I really got the most of this opportunity. I love this town!

It is such a nostalgic site that I couldn't help using colors that look like a sepia photo.

Late afternoon, we got together in a Soba restaurant and there I had cherry blossom flavored ice cream and rice-flour dumpling.
It was SO yummy!

Then some of us who still had eager to draw went to a bar (before 18:00 till 19:00!) and had more sketching.

Excellent results Kumi. I love your first one, the street view with pedestrians and cars. I wish I was there.

I love the drawings of food especially.

What a beautiful place to draw... the architecture is very beautiful. And the drawings are outstanding!
I like them all, but the portraits inside the bar are my favourite.

I like to see pictures of places I do not know, like Tokyo. Thank you for sharing.
