London, UK!
Hi guys and gals,
I'm organizing a London Sketchcrawl. Super excited about it as my classmates and I at Central St. Martins have been scouting good routes on our own little sketchcrawls.
But we're excited to organize a bigger one.
Details will follow soon.
Cheers!

Hi, I'm interested in going on the London SketchCrawl Hi, keep in touch.
Re: London, UK!
Sounds great! I look forward to the details...
Re: London, UK!
Glad to hear some replies!
We'll be scouting out routes soon. Most likely it'll be around the city center/north of "City" areas, still zones 1 and 2.
Does that work for you?
If you have any suggestions, feel free to add it in the thread and we can try incorporate them.

Re: London, UK!
As promised, another bit of the puzzle comes together...
We meet on the 21st of April at The British Museum between 11:30am and 12:15.
The idea is to meet up at 11:30 and start drawing/warming up in the Museum. So if you prefer to meet up later, you can join us by 12:15 to crawl to the next location.
We will convene in the "Great Court" area on the ground floor (see map), in the area nearest the entrance room from Great Russell Street.

Here's the route we worked up for this time, which includes some diverse locations and subjects. The times and specific streets are tentative, but gives you an idea of where we'll be wandering.

I'm in!
and thanks for setting up a route Steffen!
I like the plan, but i would avoid spending time in a museum if the weather is sunny as it is today.
Anyway, I can meet you guys at 12:15 for the outdoor crawl.

Re: London, UK!
I totally agree Mattia. Luckily, the area just outside of the museum is also very interesting, so, of course, just draw where you want.
If it happens to be overcast or cold (in London? who ever thought that possible? it will be nice to have a meeting point indoors, so that was the idea.
See you Saturday!

Re: London, UK!
I'm liking the route! I should be able to make this, see you then.
Re: London, UK!
Yes cheers Steffen , i should be there for 11.30 .Weather-wise forecast is more of the same of what we've been experiencing recently. Showers with some
sunny periods. but should be a good crawl. Just look for the group clutching sketch pads and that'll be us . See you Sat

Re: London, UK!
Sounds great Neil! Yes...we'll be quite obvious I think. And strategically, our route includes many covered areas nearby, so we can adapt to the weather as need be.
See you all on Saturday

Re: London, UK!
Thanks, I love maps, lol. My mate Nathan, who is much more local to England than I am, had the initial idea for this route.
We're hoping to keep growing the group here in London, and look forward to trying different areas, that we like and that fellow crawlers suggest.
Glad you can join us Tom
See you tomorrow.
