London UK
Hi everyone .
Last crawl was quite an event.
Any ideas for this one ? I guess its going to be dependant on the weather so maybe somewhere indoors ?
or a mix of outside and in.

Re: London UK
Some of us went to the V&A already for a Drawing London on Location meetup in October, I would choose another museum for this time.
What about the Natural History Museum?
We could draw animals and skeletons, and the building itself is beautiful

There's also the British Museum - lots to draw there. I went to the National with a group and wemattianelli wrote:Some of us went to the V&A already for a Drawing London on Location meetup in October, I would choose another museum for this time.

Mmmm! Natural History Museum IS gorgeous. As long as it has trouble-free wheelchair access, It'd be great! Otherwise ~I can always hang out in the science museum opposite

Hi everyone,
I'm new to SketchCrawl (and somewhat new to London actually, lived here six months), but I'm planning on joining in in a few weeks. I don't think I've ever attempted sketching so much in once day, but I'm trying to learn new skills so this seemed like fun.

I hope this will be a good opportunity to discover the city
So what museum will it be in the end?

Re: London UK
I am a new in london and I am going with my friend Daniel and he is a very good artist (danart) he is 8 years old and he is helping me write this message becacause I am Spanish. How about we go to the national history museum what time ?.
Re: London UK
I plan on being there if I feel well enough. A nasty head cold has kept me home the past few days.
The Natural History Museum sounds like a great choice. The Darwin Centre houses some interesting preserved specimens which I'd intended to go and draw at some point. Gingermoggy, according to their web site there is step-free access to all areas aside from the Earthlab (rocks, minerals and fossils).

Great! Natural History Museum seems like the choice then???
What time suits everyone? And whereabouts to meet inside?

Re: London UK
Natural History Museum sounds good .
I'll aim to be there around 11.00/11.30 not too far for me by train. It's South Kensington Station that's the nearest
to the museum. But Transport For London tend to shut down lines for repairs at the weekend, which may delay some people.
I guess meet near the main entrance . (look for the group clutching sketch books)
I have Tom And Matt's mobile number anyone wanting to exchange No's Just msg me.
We tend to split up then meet again for lunch
So from 11.00 am main entrance (inside) if that's ok with everyone ?
