day. I think it was a clever way to find a sunny
subject--even if you had to hunt underground
to find it. Love it.

今回は私たちは東日本大震災の影響もあり、
Japan Resultsというかたちで、どこかに集まる形をとらず、
自分たちの身近なエリアのレポートをそれぞれがするということで、
日本のスケッチャーそれぞれの状況を皆様にお伝え出来ればと考えています。
（日本のどこで描いたかについては、それぞれのコメントにgoogle mapの
アドレスを添付する予定です。)
　
参加者によっては、余震活動、停電他が続いている関係で、移動や外出に
不安のある方々もいます。そういう方達にもぜひスケッチに参加してほしいと
思いますので、本旨からは外れますが、このような形で参加することを
お許し下さい。

日本を応援して下さっているすべての方々に厚く感謝します。

This time, we Japanese sketchers will post our result on 【Japan Results】 due to the fact that we are probably not going to get together and each sketcher will draw at each local place and report individually.
Our drawing locations will be shown on google map.

Allthough we are not going to meet each other, we welcome participants to post sketches done locally anywhere in Japan.

This time, we came to hold special sketch crawl.

The earthquake and the tsunami that hit Tohoku and the Kanto region upset our daily life since then.

However, there are a lot of energetic regions, too.
We are convinced that we'll get over this disaster without fail.

I live in Tokyo.
I'm fine, and live as usual.

I drew them in the riverside(Meguro-river) near my home(Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo).
It was fine day today, It looks like everyone were enjoying holiday.

Hi there, these are my result.

Here, in Kanagawa prefecture, we almost enjoy normal life as it used to be.
While I was drawing this, I wondered what it would be like if all your neighborhood suddenly be destroyed like those images we've seen in the news reports.
We knew it had happened but it still seems beyond imagination.

In the afternoon, I visited Minato Mirai 21 areahttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minato_Mirai_21.
It was sunny and warm, people enjoyed attractions such as street performance. I saw jugglers at a plaza. Each event invites contributions for Tohoku.

This is a famous Ferris wheel at Minato Mirai 21. It was suspended today. Maybe saving electricity. Anyway people enjoys Spring day in Yokohama.

The Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse celebrates a centenary. There they held charity concerts where a flower garden using 100 kinds of flowers is there.
