Darwin, AUSTRALIA - [RESULTS]

Hey Crawlers, I'm on holiday for this one. Usually I'm sketching in Melbourne, but this is Darwin!

Started the day sketching and annoying the cat, then went to the esplanade where I battled the monsoonal storms. This is overlooking...the harbor? Not exactly sure where I was in the scheme of things. Quite interesting conditions - sticky to storming, the tide roaring in, the blustery winds and somewhat sleepy, relaxed vibe. Loved it. Thankfully I have a sketchbook that absorbs some water!

Then finished the arvo with a coffee and sketching the patrons in the shop. Bliss. Back to Melbourne for the next one I'm sure. Looking forward to seeing everyones results!

I espcially enjoyed your coffee cup.
When we first flew into Darwin, I felt like I had arrived in my hometown Tallahasee Florida USA because the airport, the weather and the environment were so similar...you might enjoy that feeling if you ever visit here...
