I stayed in the Netherlands for a week. I couldn't contact with the other sketchcrawlers in the city, because I didn't have internet and my travel schedule was a little messed up. However, I made some sketches on Saturday. At the morning, it rained a little, but the weather after that was great. For I come from Vietnam, where it's always warm, it's really hard for me to sketch, when it's cold outside.
Amsterdam is crazy and international. I really like it.
I hope, the other sketchcrawlers, with whom I couldn't join, would also post some of their sketches.
This is the small garden in the courtyard of the guest house where I stayed for a week.
"Houten Huys" (The wood house) is located in the historical Begijnhof, where beguines used to live and nowadays still only women reside, originates from the secon haft of the 15th century.
"De Molen De Gooyer" built in the 17th century is now the last windmill in the city of Amsterdam.
Some other sketches about small things which I experienced in Amsterdam:
This is the cooktail I got for free at the House of Bols, a museum of cooktails and genever with a stylish bar.
My new Vincent and his flowers keychain bought at the Van Gogh museum.
A long, red mailbox in Amsterdam. I've been in Germany for 5 years and prefer its mailboxes which are yellow.
A small wood ship I purchased in a Dutch ship shop owned by a German man.
I really like Amsterdam and these are the reasons why.

Hi!
What a beautiful sketchcrawl session! I like sooo much the first image, the one with three drawings...they give me the right idea about the city in which you were! Especially I like your use of shadows and hatching.

Loved your sketches silent snail, and your technique of shading and hatching, with just the right amount of color wash. They sometimes look like a finished, wood block print--attractive.

@Morrys: I was in Florence in September and made some sketches of this city. I asked Mr.Malfatti, who is a master sketchcrawler in Florence, if I was allowed to post some sketches of mine by him. He suggested I should post them on the occasion of the 29th World Wide SketchCrawl, so that more people could see them. That's the reason why I was in Amsterdam and Florence "on the same day"

That is what I often suggest to the people that couldn't make it sketching in Toronto that particular day! I wish I knew more people over here that would like to share with the world of the town seen through their eyes. Well, good for you that you get to travel so much!
