I went for a solo SketchCrawl this time in Bryan/College Station, Texas.
I took more photos than I sketched as I had my daughter drive me around. We had some errands to do that took us to some interesting places to draw.
We had 4 people last time. I hope we can get more next time.
My sister didn't join me this time because she was here the weekend before, painting at the Victorian Tea and Gala in Calvert, Texas the weekend before. Too far for another trip that soon.

I was on tour with the Air Force Band (my day gig) and we were departing for our next tour stop. I had an hour free to myself that morning, so I drew the front of our hotel. Better than nothing.

Washington DC we began with 17 artists at the National Cathedral and about 12(?) continued on the two mile walk down Mass. Avenue to DuPont Circle. We stopped at a park to draw memorials and the amazing Islamic Center Mosque, then stumbled on over to the circle.
