Sydney. Australia [RESULTS]

Postby alissa » Sun Oct 17, 2010 9:56 am

There were 11 Sketchcrawlers in Sydney at Central Station - meeting together or sketching solo - Colette, Melissa, Jenifer, Judy, Ksaniya, Wexi. Yuki, Christine, Tommy and DavidJack and myself.
Central Staion was chosen as it was out of the rain that was predicted for the day. It did not rain at all, but was very windy and Central Station was quite cold. We stayed sketching til lunch and then walked to Chinatown for a warm lunch, then back outside to sketch for a short time in the cold.

Alissa

Here are my sketches for the day (and I did a few more onthe train after that (see them on my flickr at http://www.flickr.com/photos/31752495@N03/)

Cool sketches, Alissa. You captured the cold atmosphere nicely.I like the way you add the notes, enjoyed reading them( yum, porridge! Long time since I had that).
Cool sketch David, can't wait to see the other drawing!

Great sketches Alissa and David!
Looks like a great day and a good group - sorry I couldn't make it!!! But after sketch-crawling on my long vacation for the last 2.5 months I needed a quiet day!
Here is what I did solo sketchcrawling

Hope I will be able to join in the fun next time!

Guys, so nice your sketches!
You're going to have a new member soon, Tazy from Toronto is going to join you for the next meeting!
He's a really smart technical guy but can draw nicely as well. Take care of him!
