I'll be joining too. We did one in Amsterdam a while back, it was great fun!

So any ideas on where we should go?

I'm in too, also was there last time with ayalpinkus & others
How about NDSM wharf (ferry westward from central station, 5 mins by free boat). I've been there, nice Russion sub & some harbor area &industry- but anything else is also fine for me

Awesome to hear that more are joinings, just got 3 more people to join, and it's still counting. Im thinking of going to scenic place where we can sit and draw beautiful sceneries without being froze to death.
One idea would be scouting around Google Street view in amsterdam and look at the best part through there in the comfort of your warm couch. And post suggestion here.

We might even have a promo video coming soon for our even with our semi-professional video journalist. Hell yeah.

Perfect, thanks for joining too onck. NDSM is cool. I have to be in rotterdam at 9 so I probably start the drawing early, feel free to join if you are also an early riser. 1 is good?
We are also researching for a cool place we can head out later in the city for more drinks, drawing and food.

Suggestions are always welcome.

Shall we do NDSM 13h then? 100 m at left from the ferry arrival, there's a large cafe, meeting at entrance and if it rains inside?

By the way, it is also very fun (albeit a bit stressy) to draw on the ferry itself. Free change of landscape!

Guys, thanks for nice company and sharing of the rich sketchbooks. I hope you all join next time.

Here's my stuff from the NDSM wharf and beyond. I used black and brown ink and charcoal at first, later pen, wash &waterpaint

The 'Sirius' ; the Greenpeace ship. After this one it got too cold and windy, not to mention the rain, to continue so we had some nice beers inside and after that went to a big former factory hall now in use for a skating site and artists' studios. The pen&waterpaint washes from there:
