If will be too cold, I'd like to organize a "sketching behind the windows" , for example there is a SAAQ or a some other store in Place de NotreDame, which could guest sketchers shielding themselves by cold wind.
Otherwise if the weather stay "warm" as in these weird winter, we can walk more around.
I'd probably hit Place Notre Dame at 3 pm and go around the old port area.
