Hey Damian and Ian! It was so weird - we wandered around for ages trying to spot sketchers, went to the gardens to check and all and just when we thought nobody was there, there you guys were sketching away. So good!

And like what everyone said, your sketches are brilliant. There's this one loose sketch of an old lady I particularly liked for some reason. Not to mention all those watercolours! Awesome awesome. We'll be doing it all properly next time (I hope) .

Thanks everyone for the generous comments. I found the whole day a pleasure. Sketching is something I've done by myself for years. It is great to go out and meet minded Sketcher people. I've had work stashed away in drawers for years. I've started tom dig it out and upload it. If any one is interested. Check out this:

Hi Noriroll, it was good catching up with you guys, even if just for a few minutes. I think your crowd sketch captures the spirit of the day really well.
