East, UK [RESULTS]

Hi

First up on my Sketchcrawl, I took my 6 year old son to a athletics club called Star-Track.
9am on a Saturday, a truly unholy time of day that's for sure. Most of my drawings from the day
are really sketchy, I didn't spend much time refining many of them like I have done before.

I started with one of the childrens mothers sitting on the grass in front of me.

Over to my right, a father and son sat, here's a quick one of the son (about 3 years old).

I love the 2nd : sitting boy. Nice relaxing moment.

Next I caught a quick profile of one of the fathers, he has what I like to call 'jawjut' and my wife calls a 'grade 3'

Alongside him was a friend, I think he was squinting because of the sun (I hope).

The children have a junior athletics trainer. This is the young man's profile.

you have some great characters there ! and made the most of an opportunity to draw . I like your loose line work and how we can see it build up

A really scrappy one of my son waiting in line, but they keep moving and it's so difficult to get anything decent.

In the last 22nd Sketchcrawl, I loved the drawings from dave c in Barcelona of the Christopher Columbus monument, check it out here:

The way he quickly attained the shape with the grey then rendered the black over the top, I had to try this out, ending up with quick and accurate results.

I was really pleased with this lady watching the children.

This is my view of the new council offices "West Suffolk House" from the Leisure Centre athletics field in Bury St Edmunds.

After the mornings activities I took my wife, kids and niece to Norwich.
They had tickets for the stage version of High School Musical.
We sat in "The Forum" and I caught a quick one of my son and daughter eating ice creams.

The family went into the Theatre Royal to see the show, so I returned to Café Bar Marzano for a coffee and a seat to continue my sketching.
Here are a couple of hippyfied girls with headband and facepaint chatting with friends.

He has a coat wrapped around his waist and Metal T-shirt.

Through the crowds I had a good view of this man, skinhead, piercings and looking pretty hard. I didn't ask his permission!
