I wish I could see your drawings but I'm not on Facebook (so I don't know who you are either).

I was there too and have put my drawings on my blog. I'm not drawing so well, as I haven't been drawing as regularly as I'd like. It's because I'm spending so much time painting. It was a great venue and the shapes and textures out there are just amazing. In case you don't know, Cockatoo island is an old shipyard on an island in Sydney Harbour., now an un-gentrified tourist destination. There's a link on my blog. http://quirkyartist.wordpress.com

Nice sketches, quirkyartist; I love the texturing and intricacy of the line work. The old machinery is fascinating.
