Every weekend I am out wandering about in London looking for things to draw and paint. Lately I have been concentrating on small colour studies. Each of these little paintings is only a few inches high, but that's all that is needed to get a sense of the color and design.

Thanks about the palette. That's an area that I have been focusing on.

These take about an hour to 1.5 hours each. It seems way too long for such small paintings. Usually I improve when I work faster, so I am going to try to speed things up.
