This was my very first experience of sketching in the open I sketch a lot at work... doing user interface design, but this was something absolutely new to me - and extremely exciting!


rain, rain, rain - the first thing I saw looking from the window in the morning


got under a bridge and tried to sketch what I saw looking to the right


...and then - to the left

Welcome to the SC. A year ago I had my first crawl, and since then it is still hard to involve more people in it, but on the other hand, you really do more sketches alone or in pair.
And every time you get better and better, so I wish you to be patient and regular member of next crawlings.

Nice to see sketches from St Petersburg! You must have had even worse weather than we, poor soul. I also like the sketch under the bridge very much! Hope to see you next time!

Nice it would be if I could draw better! We have awful weather, that's true, but the city is beautiful especially during the 'white nights' period...
