-- instant fave, Stefano! Great set and arrangement! I really like the green/brown combination on the right.

My first Sketchcrawl

Post by Rowland »

Great day in Florence: after a dismal Easter with sleet snow and rain, yesterday in Florence was beautiful. Met Max in Piazza Repubblica: nice guy and does wonderful work! Felt a little intimidated at first as a Sketchcrawl virgin, and novice sketcher as opposed to the other members of the group; all very earnest and talented students who all knew each other. But it was great fun: and I learned a lot not only by talking to Max but by watching others work, trying to understand their approach, and simply sketching for most of the day!!

Thanks to Max and everybody else! Looking forward to the next one!
