Wow! Hawaii looks like the place to SketchCrawl! Fantastic light. I'd love to see more of the paintings-Ron's looks interesting-he's holding it to camera - looks like a kind of beach hut?

Michelle: Thank you for posting first to the site and your kind comments.

MattJonez: Yes, Hawaii is a great place. The hut Jerry is painting is Buzz's Steakhouse next to Kailua Beach, we had lunch there after the crawl.
An older Hawaiian style hale with a tree growing out of the roof. We hope Jerry can post his finish work.

Another view of the hut, Spencer watercolor of Buzz's during the last sketchcrawl viewtopic.php?t=2569

Donal: Thanks for the encouragement! Yes, we are fortunate to live in a warm place. The Sketchcrawls from other places are so interesting and fun.

I would love to join your Sketchcrawl group in sunny Hawaii.
The weather looks so perfect.

One day, I'd like to join your Sketchcrawl....more like Paintcrawl :D

Lillian - nice snug set up.

Jerry & Ron - Beautiful landscape paintings.

Mark - The Canoe Hale painting looks great. Love the shadows.

Mike - nice composition with the canoes.

John - It's like you snapped photos with your sketchbook.
Each layout can stand alone, but still tells its' own story.

Oh, what a fine weather you had over there - please share that Sun with the rest of us, and we will send you some rocks for your whiskey, or lemonade?
Have a nice day!
