SketchCrawl Kyoto

Well, as you might know I will be in Kyoto joining a group of artists spearheaded by John Grillo (1) who is also kindly letting me crash at his university dorm ... Thanks J.
Should be fun ... hopefully the weather will cooperate and no typhoons will be in our way to a decent SketchCrawl ...

IHi there!
I found out about SketchCrawl from a friend's live journal.
I think this is great and I want to participate on the drawing marathon. Kyoto sounds like a fabulous place to sketch in.
I have only one suggestion. Could you please make they type here black so I can see it! (I am very near -sighted!

excellent Anne ! Thanks for joining in and spreading the word.
Forgive me for the look of the forum ... I am still trying to figure this out.
I was trying to get a similar palette to the SC site ... maybe I should just leave the basic look ...

The forum looks great! It's just typing in here where I reply . It's a very light gray and hard to see what I'm typing. I can always type on my computer and cut and paste here. No big deal.
And after experimenting ---it appears I can also change the color, too!

If you are in the Kyoto area The Crawl is going to start from the North West Gate of the Imperial Palace at 9 AM on the 21st.
