What a wonderful day! Just got home ... thanks to all of you for participating. We had a great crowd in San Francisco, around 80 people!
A lot of nice sketches ... please scan them and share them here if you can ... will try and do the same for mines asap ...

Regarding the fundraiser - if you have checks from your sponsors and or want to make a donation yourself to emergency (http://emergencyusa.org), please let me know. You can make donations online as well.
We are trying to keep track of the amount that is being donated with this fundraiser, so it'd be great to hear if you'll be making a donation. Thank you.

Hope to see some of you tomorrow at the art auction, if you participated in the SketchCrawl and want to donate one sketch, we'll have a SketchCrawl section for all of today's drawings.
(the art auction is at 1717 17th Street, at 5pm)

ok! thanks everyone, it was great to see you all draw away ... and share sketchbooks at the end of the day!

Enrico

Enrico,
Your drawings have such energy and joy in them, they're a delight to look at! Great perspective, too. You do so much with just a few strokes. Thanks for sharing these.

Wow, 80 people.

These are really fine sketches, Enrico. Very fluid and relaxed feeling about them.

Thanks, as always for being the source of all this.

Enrico,

Your drawings are so nice. I really like the angle of the one looking down on the two Sketchcrawlers.
Here are my three drawings. I drew the first at the Embarcadero, the second at Coit Tower, and the third in China Town. I can't wait to see everyone else's sketches and I'm looking forward to the auction this afternoon.

Hey!
I didn't get to hang out for the whole crawl because i had a birthday party to attend, but i had a great time nonetheless! Unfortunately i also made the mistake of bringing my bike so i couldn't quite follow everyone along the same route. I had to run back down Filbert steps to grab my bike!... at which point i figured it would be easier to just head towards the party.
But anyway, I'm sure you guys had a blast going through northbeach and chinatown!
I'm posting my 3 sketches of the day. The last one was actually at Zeitgeist(cool messenger bar!) in the mission (that's where the party was)...a couple of my friends were sketching too so it wasn't so bad after all!

Wow, those are all great sketches.

Someday I'll convince my wallet to let me fly out to SanFrancisco for a sketchcrawl.

Great turnout! I'm looking forward to the next Crawl.

I painted the clarinet guy from the Embarcadaro (it seems that everybody has a sketch of him!), and a view of the bay from Coit tower.
