Portland Results

I didn't spend that much time so I'm posting my results early. I made my contribution via PayPal and mentioned Sketchcrawl in the memo, in case you're keeping track somehow.

It may not be the most picturesque view of Portland. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that no one joins me for the Sketchcrawls here. If there's anyone out there in Portland who wants to go next time, I promise to go somewhere nice :)

Love this sketch--we picked up one new girl from the flyer I left at one of the art supply stores--so you might try that.

Anyway nice work.

Osoposo,

I love your sketch. Very gritty and earthy. it really captures the feel of the place. The sky has true Oregon colors, too. Nice!

Wow! That's a great sketch and great watercolors, too. I can feel the metal of the chainlink fence posts.

I wish I could do watercolors that well. Maybe with time.

I'm curious how your flyer was worded. I think I might try something like that next time.

I used Enrico's first blurb about sketchcrawl came about--cuz I think it is so good--then we put Calling all Tucson Artists as the heading, and then the local meeting time/place and the forum URL.
