Let's brainstorm for location ... Where should we go ...

Here are some random ideas pop in my head:
- Venice beach
- Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden ($7 admission fee, $5 for student)
- Santa Monica Pier
- Getty Center

Santa Monica sounds good! Usually has a good mix of people and a good mix of places to eat lunch:)

If everyone is cool with Santa Monica, how about we meet up at the Santa Monica Pier, underneath the Octopus Gate at the food court area. Here is a map of the Pier park with the meeting area brighten:
