We will be there...
Hi Everyone @ Sketch Crawl L.A.
Thanks for arranging this, Alina! Crystal, her Mom and I would be there... barring any jet-lag on the part of her Mom who is flying in the day before that! I am not sure if she would be sketching but I guess it would be fun to see the TRAINS! See you all there!

I can't think of any food places off the top of my head that are nearby that we could walk to. it will probably be best to bring a lunch.
also, from travel town to the observatory, is a very long walk. maybe after travel town and lunch we could caravan to the greek theater to walk to the observatory?
...maybe i'll bring along a map so we don't get lost...

JoJo,
Thanks for providing the park info. and map!!
mARTa,
Parking and Travel Town is free. Observatory itself is free ... if we drive up to Greek Theater and park there, which I believe is free parking, and then hike up for 5 mins ... it's free to visit the Observatory I believe. If you want to visit the LA Zoo and Museum, those you do need to pay ... can't remember how much, somewhere between 10 - 15 bucks I think ....
But don't need to worry about parking, you can park anywhere in the park for free, and parking is everywhere.

I have an appointment with my tax guy in Burbank at 9:30, so I may be a little late. Would anyone be willing to e-mail me their cell phone number so I can link up? sankam@cox.net

SketchCrawlness 13
Hey sketchcrawlers,
Sorry I couldn't make it, but I sketched what little I could at work until it got mad busy. So, thanks for the inspiration!
Looking forward to seeing what you guys have sketched.
Cheers,
Meesimo

Doh!
Sorry I couldn't make it out to Griffith Park afterall, but I'm sketchcrawling in my neighborhood today. Will post results later. I don't think I'll be in L.A. for sketchcrawl 14 either, but hopefully I will get to meet some of you sometime, if not at sketchcrawl 15!
