I'm good for whenever! As long as it gets decided enough in advance, so I can get the day off.
8th sounds great.

That's good. The next weekend would be bad because of Easter, but the 8th would be good.
Might I suggest we go by the ballpark as their is a game the 8th. There are lots of people and the park has lots of cool stuff to draw.

These things (sketchcrawls) always seem to happen during heavy midterm weeks.

I'm new to the sketchCrawl world. How do people outside the SketchCrawl zone participate? And on a similar note, are there any SC's planned for the Wash. D.C. area?

Hi Kitty, welcome to the World-wide Sketchcrawl. I don't recall a Wash DC sketchcrawl in the past. But once the list of participating city's start posting in the forum, feel free to add Wash DC. Hope you can participate for Sketchcrawl # 9.

ok, we have to find a different weekend ... maybe the one following easter ...
Kitty- Gerald is right ... once we have a date fixed, you can start looking for people in your area here on the forums ... and even just organize and spread the word yourself ... I know a couple of crawlers have joined in from Washington before ...

Any idea when the Cherry Blossom Festival is in SF's Japantown? That would be cool to draw and enjoy some great eats!

Kitty - Usually the night of sketchcrawl day, artisit will start posting thier sketches here in the forum (according to city).

Karen - That's a nice idea
I think the 2006 Cherry Blossom Festival will take place during the Weekends: April 15, 16, 22, and 23 ... then a Grand Parade: Sunday, April 23, 2006; begins at San Francisco City Hall and ends at Post.
