Hi,
Started early walking to the railroad station, saw on a videostore's door a sticker of the Incredibles...Reminded me again to dedicate this serie of sketches to Dan Lee and Joe Ranft. It was a good reason to enjoy the day, too.
I changed my so-called plan at the last minute; I was supposed to drawn in the town of arcachon. Jumped form the train early, i ended walking the entire day outside, in woods and mostly on the beach. Didn't do a single sketch when i finally reached that town, except for the last piece, chilling out, waiting for my train, watching men playing the very french game of " boules".
great day.
I've put the complete 6 pieces-trip on my sketchblog, parvo beati...feel free to visit it
parvo beati ( skechblog )
at the start of the highest sand dune of europe.
a WW2 bunker eaten by the sand, complete with graffiti and fisherman...very kitano this one, i guess.
"boules" players hanging their stuff on the old "platane" ( plane tree, if google is right.)
