Sketch Crawl in Niles, Michigan, USA June 23rd

Niles, Michigan, USA, is having its "First Annual Sketch Crawl" on June 23rd, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We have many interesting venues for artists, including the Fort St. Joseph Museum, the Chapin Mansion, costumes from the South Bend, Indiana, Civic Theater's production of "The Elephant Man" set up in the Four Flags Hotel, historic downtown buildings, a classic car show, two levels of the Four Flats Antique Mall where we can sketch anything in the booths to our hearts content, and our Riverfront Park with views of the Main Street Bridge, the War Memorial the river and ducks. There will be wood carving, events for the children and ice cream. The artists are welcome to sell their sketches at their own discretion and retain any money from their purchase. We're located just north of South Bend, Indiana, about two hours east of Chicago, Illinois. Beautiful Lake MIchigan is about a half hour's drive to our west, and the Indian casino, the Four Winds, is about 25 minutes away. Please join us for a day of sketching, networking and fun!
