Re: Bastia (France) - [result]

Distinctive linework in your sketches.
My favorite is the second one, two persons looking out over the sea or landscape, impressive with a touch of melancholy.

Great outcome! Vivid sketches and subtle colours.
The sketches of horse heads and the coloured drawing of the cowboy with his horse on a rainy day are my favourites.

Hi Mark, You are having very strenous times, I hope you soon will have time to relax and to recreate! Yes, it is Schwarzer Turm, an artificial ruin near Mödling. Vienna, Austria [RESULTS]

The predicted heavy rains and hail didn't move directly across Vienna but we had periods of sunshine and rains by turns. Thanks to the rains temperature had dropped considerably after the heatwave. Between two rain showers I had a short walk in a nearby allotment site and found some beautiful blosso...

Vienna, Austria [Results]

Today I met up with John and we went by bus to Steinhof for some quick sketches in the afternoon. The church "Kirche am Steinhof", or "Church of St. Leopold" is a fantastic piece of architecture and an important Art Nouveau church designed by Otto Wagner. http://www.23hq.com/16171062/53926620_8fe5c4...
