Re: Toronto Canada SketchCrawl (Metro Toronto Zoo) [RESULTS]
Hey everybody, Sorry for posting my images so late! It was very cool to see how many people came out to sketch, and is even cooler now to see all the awesome work that was done. Here's what I was up to: http://lizpignataro.com/files/gimgs/5_zoo1.jpg Orangutans, and a peacock. http://lizpignataro.com...

Re: Toronto Ontario CANADA -- anyone up for a crawl?
Bobby and Nicola, I've decided to get to the zoo early (Thanks anyways for your effort in getting the reduced fees Bobby! :) ). The people who I contacted previously about coming don't seem to be able to make it out, so don't wait up for anyone from my camp. I'll meet the rest of the group just insi...

Re: Toronto Ontario CANADA -- anyone up for a crawl?
Hello! Bobby- Thanks so much for organizing reduced payment at the zoo! I've probably rounded up another 4 people to join in on Saturday, but judging from the Facebook invite that was just forwarded to me there are going to be many more coming down! :) Looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting ...

Hi Catherine,
You (or anyone else!) are totally welcome, with any experience level and of any age. The more people, the more fun, right? I don't beleive the events are restricted to any kind of schools, so please pass on the information to anyone who might be interested!

Re: Toronto Ontario CANADA -- anyone up for a crawl?
Sure! Bring friends, too!
Bobby, it will be great to have you and Kei there (I recognize your work from the halls of Sheridan - I'm a recent grad)!
Looking forward to the 25th!

Re: Toronto Ontario CANADA -- anyone up for a crawl?
Hello! I've started emailing some people, and looks like we might have a few more joining us (or at least a different combination of people). Either way, looking forward to it! Maybe we could meet just inside the main gates (to save time in line if people get there a bit early) at noon or 12:30? Is ...

Re: Toronto Ontario CANADA -- anyone up for a crawl?
Hello again! I am excited to go for another sketchcrawling adventure... I'd love to go to the zoo to sketch (total personal bias, I love drawing animals). It would give us the option to go inside if it starts in on a cold rain or early snow, or outside if it's lovely and warm. Along with all the ani...

Re: Toronto - [RESULTS]
Thanks for the comments on my sketches, Joan! :) Here's a contribution from Pat (who came out to sketch in Toronto): http://lizpignataro.com/files/gimgs/5_patskech.jpg All of my images, as well as Pat's image, have also been posted on a collective blog we belong to (notanoctagon.blogspot.com), along...

Re: Toronto - [RESULTS]
Hello all, Here's some of what I did with a second little SketchCrawl group in Toronto (we met up with the group of previous post-ers briefly, and it was amazing to know there were people both in the city and around the world all sketching together!). I went crazy over-board and added scrap paper to...

Re: 19th SketchCrawl on June 21 -- Toronto group
Hello!
Since my previous post the few people I managed to tentatively wrangle into sketching on Saturday have had to make other plans. I am still hopeful for some last minute additions!
Either way, I am still excited for sketching madness tomorrow!

Re: 19th SketchCrawl on June 21 -- Toronto group
Hi,
Yep, I'll have my sketching stuff and probably be wearing a backpack (because I'm just too cool and fashionable like that... harhar), also I've got at least two other people on board. I'll let you know who else I can wrangle into coming!
Talk to you soon,
Liz

Re: 19th SketchCrawl on June 21 -- Toronto group
Hi Nikki,
The Distillery district at 11 a.m. sounds great, if there are no objections from those on your mailing list or otherwise. I've been to the Distillery a number of times, but have never gone there to sketch. Looking forward to it!
