Here's my idea for the London Sketchcrawl... The Museum of the Order of St John http://museumstjohn.org.uk We can meet at around 10am at the entrance of the museum, at St John's Gate on St John's Lane, and do some sketching here. At 11am (or so) we can wander along to the Charterhouse. http://www.th...

Glad you made it out on Saturday - it's good to see your work again.
Unfortunately I was busy that day, but I hope to be able to make it to the next one.

Re: New Plymouth New Zealand [RESULTS]
Beautiful, and informative - I love the design of these objects! I feel you've captured the rhythm and flow of those prowheads especially well.

Bit of a last-minute arrangement, but if anyone fancies coming along I'll be sketching in the V&A from 10 o'clock.
The weather tomorrow is forecast to be sunny/cloudy, but a bit on the cold side, hence my preference for an indoor crawl (which may extend to the other museums in the area).

Re: London (UK)
I'm fine with any museum, gallery or train station. Could check out the Hunterian Museum again, maybe John Soanes if there's space to sketch there, or Covent Garden and the Transport Museum. Or a museum anyone can suggest that we haven't done before. Good to hear from you Kev, I'll make an effort to...

Hi all, who's up for a London sketchcrawl next weekend?
Given the current weather, we'll probably want to plan to visit some indoor places. Museums and galleries and the like.
Suggestions welcome!

Re: London, UK
Good call on switching it up a bit - there's also the Wellcome Collection in between those two.
The Grant Museum only opens at 1pm though, so perhaps better to start at the British Library? 10 o'clock?

Lovely stuff Neil (the huge swan staring down the couple :)) and Molly (dramatic architecture!) Nice to see everyone on Saturday, and it was fun (as always) checking out others' sketchbooks at lunch. Here's a few of mine... At the Natural History Museum http://i44.tinypic.com/1zgzvc7.jpg http://i43....
